With an arts background, Maryam brings curiosity, creativity, and an interdisciplinary lens to her work with people and organizations. Additionally, her coaching approach also draws on established somatic and embodied practices, recognizing the interconnected relationship between mind, body, emotion, and environment. This perspective helps her support clients not only in how they think and perform, but also in how they experience and respond to the ever-changing demands of work and life.

Beyond her work at Numind, Maryam works with non-profits such as Pain BC, supporting people living with chronic pain through behaviour-change and self-management approaches, and with Futurepreneurs, coaching and supporting emerging entrepreneurs as they navigate the challenges of building a business and managing overwhelm.
